• Step 1: Prep the surface and apply the compound thinly to create a base layer.
• Step 2: Cover the area with heat-proof paper and gently heat until cured.
• Step 3: Complete the repair process with the Grain Copier Compound.

Clean the area thoroughly using leather prep for leather surfaces. For holes, use a solvent-based contact adhesive, allowing it to dry before applying fillers.
Apply the base grain filler compound in thin layers.
For hard plastics and vinyl, use sufficient base grain to fill the hole and create a grain impression. Apply in layers to ensure proper curing.
Cure with a heat iron at medium heat, shielding the filler with a Teflon sheet to prevent damage.
Once satisfied with the repair, clean the area with alcohol cleaner to remove excess filler.
Finish the repair by applying the Grain Copier Compound.
