  • Step 1: Clean the surface and get it prepped. 
  • Step 2: Apply the filler compound to the desired area, filling in visible abrasions and holes.
  • Step 3: Dry with a hairdryer or at room temperature.
  •  Ensure the area is fully prepped, including sanding rough areas with either 1200 paper or 280 foam sanding pads.
  • Wipe down the area with alcohol cleaner.
  •  Repair torn piping or protruding bits, allowing them to dry before sanding.
  • Then, apply the piping filler using a spatula or brush in thin layers.
  • Allow each layer to dry before applying more, sanding gently between layers if necessary.
  • Avoid over-application to prevent prolonged sanding time.
  • Mix filler with pigment paints (up to 10%) for blending, if needed for a natural look.
  • Sand down excess filler if needed.
  • For aniline leathers, add dye to filler and blend with pigmentation paints (up to 15%).
