Step 1: Start by cleaning the surface with Leather Prep Solution LRC15 and wiping it with alcohol cleaner.
Step 2: Apply a single coat of colourant evenly over the surface. Let it dry, before applying the second coat.
Step 3: Finish the project by locking in the paint with a sealing lacquer.

Prior to application, clean the surface with a leather cleaner if only prepping a small area. For larger areas, skip cleaning and proceed directly to prepping.
Shake the bottle well and apply the first coat using a sponge.
For small touch-ups, stipple colour gently with smooth motions. Wipe it in a random motion to create a base, then stipple for even coverage, in case of larger repairs.
Allow the first coat to dry completely and then, stipple on a second coat.
Use a small amount of lacquer or water (about 10%) to thin out thick colourant.
Do not use a spray gun for the first coat, instead utilise a sponge. Apply 2-3 coats as required.
Use a No.5 needle spraying at around 20 psi for best results.
Lightly sand with 1200 grit paper to ensure a smooth finish.
Seal the paint with standard or antique sealing lacquer for desired finish.
